power is out the whole day (as it is everyday...sigh. the books are still packed in the unmarked cartons. the dogs were bathed and fed. there's nothing left to do but sit and laze. doing nothing seems to make the stomach feel empty sooner. after a quick inspection of the cupboard, there was a choice between penne and spaghetti to go with a small foil pack of tomato sauce, cheese, and luncheon meat. fresh chives from the garden topped the finished dish.
(my kennel is growing. it's three dogs and a cat no more so blog name is back to original)
