SM got it all for us

...including "biodegradable" bags. it's been ages since i've been to the mall last and it was a welcome surprise to know that SM is now using earth friendly materials. the term "biodegradable plastics" was first introduced to me by tatay way back in the late 80's. he was doubtful about the economics of mass producing the kind though. twenty years later, his thoughts were proven right. not only does the process require much energy, the products still take weeks or months to completely break down. nevertheless, it a good start.
mankind seemed to have finally waken after a very deep sleep where environmental issues are concerned.
in schools, children are already introduced to the term "global warming".
in church last sunday, pastor reminded every one about God's purpose of creating man, i.e., to be stewards of his creation.
on tv, "global warming" is a red hot issue.
well, it's never too late for turning over a new leaf
