what better way to spend a rainy day indoors than cook. with just an egg, overripe bananas forgotten in the cupboard, cornstarch and lots of cooking oil, home made "combo" was the order of the day.
to keep the "cooking fire" going, prepared dinner as well while devouring bits of the fluffy fried bananas. Harvested fresh papaya, chives, lemon grass and moringa leaves from the still-wet-from-the-rain garden to go with the marinated chicken. yum.
