knocked out by some microscopic opponent...

though a bit under the weather, still i find myself doggingly dragging myself off the bed before noon and into the shower all week. it started with a series of really embarrassing sneezes (that prompted heads from other departments to stretch above their cubes and see who is responsible for all the raucous). the next day, my nasal passages were already congested. the saddest thing is that as much as i would have liked to stay home and bore myself to death, i felt compelled to finish all the deliverables required of me this week. it's starting to pile up but thankfully, they don't give me nightmares anymore.
