"Momma always says there's an awful lot you could tell about a person by their shoes. Where they're going. Where they've been." - Forrest Gump
Looking at Vladimir's shoes up close yesterday, I could tell three things:
1) that the pair has not seen much of the world yet
2) that the owner is a stickler for order
3) that it's exposure is limited to concrete and carpet
My pair was a perfect foil for his:
1) it has seen better days
2) the owner isn't exactly a model of order
3) maximum exposure to the elements of nature: heat, rain, dust, rocky roads...user weight???
This is just a drop of water in a vast ocean of differences. Some, if not all, are big enough to intimidate those with weaker constitution. Alternatively though they work perfectly fine as worthy challenges to make better of one's self :)
